The binding contract
Rotation is distributed through the App Store and is governed by Apple's standard end-user license agreement for apps:

By using Rotation you agree to those terms in full. The sections below add Rotation-specific community guidelines on top of that agreement.
Community guidelines
You must be at least 13 to use Rotation. Beyond Apple's EULA, the following are the rules of this community:
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxing, or sexual content involving minors.
- No impersonation of other people, brands, or artists, with the obvious exception of clearly labeled satire.
- No spam, scraping, automated mass-posting, ban-evasion, or fake accounts.
- No reverse-engineering, attacking the backend, or interfering with other users' access.
We can hide, remove, or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our discretion. Reports can be filed in-app via the overflow menu on any post or profile. If you think we got it wrong, contact us.
Your content
You own the ratings, rotations, sets, reviews, and comments you create. By posting them on Rotation, you grant Format Partners LLC a non-exclusive license to display, transmit, and back up that content as needed to operate the service. You can delete it any time via Settings → Delete account or by deleting individual items in-app.
Catalog data
Album, song, and artist metadata is sourced from third-party catalogs (Spotify, Apple Music, Last.fm) under their respective terms. Artwork, titles, and credits remain the property of the underlying labels and artists. Nothing on this service implies endorsement by any third party.
No warranty
Rotation is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Format Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
